Saint Annamacharya of Tallapaka, who belonged to the 14th century, was known as the Padakavita Pithamaha who wrote thousands of songs in Telugu, in praise of Lord Venkateshwara of Tirupatiand his consort Goddess Alamelumanga. Some of his choicest devotional sankirtanas in praise of Lord Venkateshwara are aesthetically brought to you through the medium of Kuchupudi dance by Abhinaya Tapaswani, Hamsa Awardee Dr.Alekhya Punjla.
